By placing your order, you agree to authorize your provided credit card to be charged as soon as you click Order. You

As a company that manufactures and sells products for your satisfaction, we guarantee that our products are brand new,
authentic, and come with original packaging.
Return and Refund policy
Inheal offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all new and unopened products based on the delivery date. With the
exception of specific product guarantees, which are advertised on the individual product page and in accordance with
official inheal marketing messaging communicated directly by inheal, we will provide refunds to customers who contact
our customer support team at support@inheal.com. Sales are considered final for all items that have exceeded 30 days.
Exchange Policy
In the event that any items of your order arrive damaged or broken, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery so we
can provide a replacement. In the event that you receive a delivery notification from inheal but feel like your order
may not have been delivered, please contact us within 7 calendar days so we can provide assistance. If you will not
contact us within stated timeframe you might lose the ability to request a replacement.

We make no guarantee that Delta 8 or any other cannabinoids or products are compliant with all laws in your state or
region. Purchases from us are at your own risk.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days from time payment is processed for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, the
tracking information will be emailed to the email address that was used to place the order. Please make sure you select
the correct shipping address for your delivery. inheal has partnerships with multiple carriers including FedEx, UPS and
USPS Priority to best serve our customers. Depending on the location of the shipment, inheal will select the best and
fastest possible shipping service for your location. (PO BOX delivery addresses will ship with USPS Priority). If
offered on the website, customers may upgrade delivery service for a fee. During summer months and when orders contain
heat sensitive items, the delivery package may contain foil insulations and/or a gel ice pack.
Resale
You agree to not resell inheal products on any online marketplace without a signed contract with inheal.
Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall be settled exclusively by
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules,
and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Limitation of liability
Inheal will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of our
products. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not
limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or
damage to property and claims of third parties. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I voluntarily agree that I
have relinquished my right to seek these damages from inheal or its affiliated companies and that this is a reasonable
allocation of risk.
Intellectual Property
All design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service
marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by inheal or its parent company and
may be registered in the United States and internationally. You may display and copy these materials only for your
personal non-commercial use. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original
materials on any copy you make of the materials.
Warranty
inheal, its parent company and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, along with each such entity’s respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any products or services.
Changes to terms and conditions
inheal reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service, at any time without notice and without further obligations to
users. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination may be provided to users via email, or by being posted on
the inheal.com website and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Class Action Waiver
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member
in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
